Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

Henry glanced at the bottle, noticed there was a bit left, and without missing a beat, he tipped it back and drained the last of the wine. Feeling a bit woozy, he watched as his parents frantically searched the house for him.

Hansen got the call and dashed over to check on his slightly tipsy grandson. They'd barely touched down in this foreign land half an hour ago, and by noon, they were already making a hospital run.

Henry was nestled in his mom's arms, snoozing away, completely oblivious to the world. No amount of calling could rouse him. His dad tried everything-tickling his feet, pinching his cheeks, even a gentle swat on the behind-but Henry was perfectly content in his cozy cocoon.

It wasn't until later, when his dad started making him chug water-bottle after bottle to help sober him up-that his parents finally relaxed a bit.

Andre had planned to take Mia out for some local cuisine, but thanks to their little troublemaker, those plans went straight out the window.

On the way back to the hotel, Henry was crying his eyes out, and Mia was gently rubbing his sore little bottom. "Did Daddy spank you again? Does it hurt, sweetie?"

Henry nodded, feeling a bit hard done by. His dad's spankings never used to hurt, but this time? Ouch.

Andre, still a bit miffed, shot a warning from the driver's seat, "If you start eating random things again, you'll get another spanking."

Back at the hotel, Mia was glued to her son's side, not daring to leave him alone. Even while she studied, she kept him right there in her room, which is how Henry ended up playing in the bathtub.

"Go ahead and play, but-" Out of nowhere, he managed to unscrew the bathtub's drain, and before he knew it, the shower turned on, drenching him from head to toe. Startled, he spat out the water that splashed into his mouth and gave his mom a cheeky, waterlogged grin.

Mia was at her wit's end. With her head in her hands, she let out a scream, "Ah! Becoming a mom is the craziest thing I've ever done!" What other kid gets into trouble the second you look away?

She was starting to think Henry was sent by the universe just to give her gray hairs!

"Baba, Mama!"

Andre's blood pressure was through the roof, and Hansen swooped in to save his adorable, albeit

mischievous, grandson. "You guys don't watch him every day, so you don't know-he needs constant supervision. Now you get what it's like being a full-time grandparent." With that, Hansen grabbed his grandson's hand, "Let's skedaddle, my little buddy. If we stick around, those two grumpy dinosaurs might get your bottom again."

Wrapped snugly in a towel, Henry was whisked away by his granddad.

That evening, Henry was back with his folks. He perched on his dad's pillow, clutching his tiny feet, looking all innocent and cute, while his parents held a 'meeting' to address his antics. Mia wagged her finger at him and said, "Henry, I promised your grandma I wouldn't spank you in front of people. Tomorrow we're going to a big fancy party, so you better be on your best behavior! If you make me lose my cool, you'll regret it!"

Henry, lips quivering, wanted to cuddle, but Mia gently pinned him back onto the pillow, "Did you get what Mommy said?"

"Let's seal it with a pinky promise," Mia said, extending her pinky. After a gentle

tap with Henry's, she hugged him tight. "You're getting a bit pudgy, aren't you, kiddo?"

With their son sorted out, Andre turned to Mia, "And you, Mia, you need to be on your best behavior tomorrow, too."

"I'm an adult, Andre. I don't need a lecture."

Meanwhile, in a grand estate, a young, dashing man gazed at his stunning wife. "Aimee, tomorrow we're entertaining some high-profile guests Mrs. Andre will be making her debut, so please dial down the sass. We have an image to uphold, and remember, you're the sole heir to the Hernandez Group."
