The Rebirth of the Betrayed Alpha

Pacing back and forward as a lot of things runs through her mind, Alexandra couldn't just forget it all, it may have been a while but all those horrible memories were imprinted in her mind tormenting her almost every night she closed her eyes

to sleep.

At first, it terrified her whenever it was night time but now, those memories had made her stronger, and now more than ever, Alexandra was hell-bent on raining down hell on the people responsible for the pain inflicted on her body.

Strolling to the mirror, she stares down at her reflection of herself.

"You've been through hell and about, haven't you?" She smiles, running her index finger on her face.

"Let's pay them back, one after the other. Is going to be Unforgiven, right?" Alexandra states, walking towards the violin, she begins to play calming her nerves. Something that has become a hobby whenever she had a lot on her mind.

"Who should I begin with?" She continues to think to herself while still playing "Olivia or Adams"

"Adams stabbed me a million times over and over again, playing me like a grand piano, and Olivia, she hurt me, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Together, they both of them played a fool of me right before my eyes"

Overwhelmed by emotions, she stops playing the violin and climbs on her bed, turning off the lights. A lot of things through her mind as darkness begins to engulf her, letting old memories sail through.

Flashback

While Alexandra sat in the ddining room studying Olivia wwalkedin holding a bouquet with a card. attached to it.

"Look what was waiting for you outside the door, lovebird"

Alexandra's eyes bbrightened she was certain this was from Adam Hawthorn, the only man who had captured her heart in the short while they had known each other.

"Is it Adam?"

"Of course silly. Read the card, what does it say?"

Alexandra giggles, taking the card and reading through the lovely lines.

"What does it say?"

"Nothing much" She blushes causing Olivia to roll her eyes

"Don't be so love drunk" Olivia snatches the card from her and reads it, her

cheeks flushing red. "Are you going?"

"Is tomorrow"

"Yea so are you going to meet Adam?"noveldrama

"I don't know this is too sudden but I would have loved to go"

"Go except of course you don't love him"

"I love him, how could you even say that?"

"Then why are you hesitant to go? Any girl would jump at this opportunity"

"I know but he doesn't want any girl, he wants me and I want him too"

"Then why are you hesitant?"

"I... I don't know, just a little shy"

"Is not your first date Alexandra, stop acting like a child" Olivia smiles while Alexandra plays with her hair, biting on her lower lips.

"I ddon't know whatto wear, should I look too simple or should I be overly dressed? I don't know if this is a date or something bigger. I'm so nervous"

Olivia closes the space between them, gazing into her eyes, and pretends to be moved. "Be yourself, there's no better you than you"

"You are right. I will just do my thing and not get nervous at all"

"That's the Alexandra Guerrero I kknow, she smiles, sinisterly.

As a thought strikes her mind, Alexandra quickly closes her book and rushes to her bedroom with Olivia trailing behind her. She rummage through her wardrobe trying to pick out the right outfit, Olivia sat on the bed observing her intently while playing with the hem of her hair.

"Do you love Adam?"

Hearing that sudden question, Alexandra sstiffedfor a moment, wondering what was running through her mind.

"Yes, I love him. I love him to the moon and back"

"Does he love you?"

"What sort of question is that?"

"Nothing I'm just a little curious"

"You know how much I love Adam. I have never loved another the way that I love

him, you don't even need to doubt that"

"I'm not, just curious, how you love him this much"

"Love is like a plant, you keep watering it and it keeps growing"

"What happens when you stop watering it"

"It dies off which is why you must never let it happen"

Olivia scoffs, a little jealous. "You know a lot about love"

"I read a lot about love that how I know that it takes two to make it work"

"What if is only one person striving to make it work"

"Then is not love. The other party most certainly doesn't feel the same way if he or she is still in the relationship. It may be out of pity or a means to an end kind of bargain"

"Really? Relationship sometimes is scary"

"I hope it doesn't ghappen Anyway, how's this cloth?" Alexandra states as she

holds up a flowered gown

"Is perfect but isn't it a little long"

"You think I should wear something shorter"

"Of course" Olivia stands up "I will go put the flowers in the vase"

"Thank you" Alexandra whispers and she smiles cunningly.

Alexandra searches through her wardrobe and picks out another gown, running her index finger on it, a warm smile forms on her face. She wonders what Adams was going to say to her when they finally meet tomorrow.

"What If he asks to go on another date," she thinks to herself "would he propose? What does he want to say?" Alexandra bites her lip, takes out her cell phone azes at Adams's picture for a moment,and runs her index finger on his face.

"I love you Adam Hawthorn, is this love?" sShegiggled, tossied her mobile aside, falls to the bed, imagining Adams lying next to her gazing into her eyes, warm and affectionate causing her to blush
