The sun was shining bright today, and Josephine woke up feeling pretty

refreshed. After her routine check-up with the doctor, she had some breakfast and took her meds. Her caregiver, with a friendly smile, asked, "Ms. Josephine, fancy some fresh air outside?"

"Absolutely," Josephine replied without missing a beat.

The caregiver escorted Josephine downstairs for a stroll. As they passed through a quiet spot, the caregiver's phone buzzed.

Josephine faltered slightly.
