Such a Rude and Noisy Woman

Chapter 413 I Would Do Whatever You Told Me To Do

Chapter 413 I Would Do Whatever You Told Me To Do

Rachel was surprised, yet she responded quickly. She threw the pieces on the floor immediately and

swept them under the table with her feet.

Rachel had imagined how furious Hiram was when he saw the divorce agreement. He must have torn

the agreement into pieces the moment he saw it.

He couldn't possibly have signed the agreement, could he?

However, Hiram already told Rachel that he had signed it, she decided to act on it as well.

When she lifted her head, Rachel felt someone push her over. It was Hiram. "Those are two different

things. Of course, you could always leave, but you have to make it up to me before you leave!"

Rachel fell on the bed and rested her head on the pillow. She stretched one of her hands to stop Hiram

who was approaching her. "Fine, I'll make it up to you.

Are there any other options besides sleeping with you?"

Hiram squinted. He pressed his hand on her knees which was raised by Rachel to stop him. "Fine.

You've already said that you would make it up to me. I can guarantee you that at least, Rachel.

However, from now on, you should do whatever I tell you to do, without any objections to my requests.

It won't be allowed. To put it simply, you're on call for 24 hours!"

Rachel thought about Hiram's words for a brief moment and said,"Every day? Can you be more

specific? You should give me some time to prepare first. I need to take the children back to Fannie's."

"Fine, starting from today, for 12 days straight. You can go wherever you want once the 12 days have

passed, and I'll stay out of your business for good." Hiram lowered his voice.

What Hiram suggested, would not allow Rachel to have complete freedom. She hesitated at first.

"Now, you only have three seconds to make your decision. If you refuse, I'll take back my words," said

Hiram. He then touched both of Rachel's arms.

"Wait…"

Rachel pulled down her sleeves which had been rolled up by Hiram. She sighed in silence and chose

to make a compromise. "Fine, I agree."

Ever since Hiram found her, Rachel felt like she had no other choice but to accept what he had offered

her.

When she was gone, Hiram was furious and needed a place to get rid of all of his emotions. Just as the

saying goes, in order to untie the bell, the person who tied it was required. Since all this drama started

from her leaving in the first place, it was time for Rachel to settle her debt. 'It's just on call for 24 hours.

Nothing bad can happen!' Rachel thought.

"Well then it's settled. You'd better remember what you've said, Rachel." Hiram said as he let go of

Rachel's arms. He took out a box from his bedside drawer and threw it over to her.

"I bought it from a shop that day. Have a look at it to see whether you like it or not."

Hiram said and went downstairs. When Emma saw him come downstairs, she walked towards him and

asked. "Sir, do you want me to pack up the children's luggage?"

"No, there's no need. Where are the children?" asked Hiram. He noticed that the living room was

extremely quiet.

"They're in Nadia's room, Sir. Nadia just woke up. Both Jonny and Joyce were excited to be Nadia's

siblings. They're having a lot of fun now!" Emma said happily, giggling.

Jonny and Joyce were so excited to hear that Hiram brought back a little girl to their home. They were

overjoyed to have a new friend.

Upstairs, in the bedroom, Rachel picked up the white box that Hiram threw on the bed. If he wasn't

mad at her, he would've probably put it on her himself.

In the box, was a pair of simple and delicate, yet sophisticated earrings. Ever since she gave birth to

Jonny and Joyce, earrings had become Rachel's favorite piece of jewelry, and she wore it the majority

of the time.

She remembered that she had bought herself a pair of earrings. However, ever since then, every pair

she wore, was bought as a gift by Hiram.

She took them out, walked over to the mirror and put them on her ears herself.

Although it was just a simple pair of earrings, it was attractive and luxurious. It had blue jewels

engraved on it. Her hair covered them, partly hiding them, yet they were still visible. The earrings suited

Rachel perfectly. It complimented her delicate face.

However, Rachel didn't know that this pair of earrings had a skin conductance sensor. Whenever she

wore them, it triggered Hiram's watch and made a sound. When this happened, Hiram could press a

button on his watch.

"Jonny, Joyce, mommy is very tired. Daddy wants to let mommy have a good night's rest. She will

come to see you two tomorrow." Hiram said to Joyce and Jonny.

The two kids nodded their heads. Although they missed Rachel, they were obliged to listen to their

father.

After all, Rachel had returned. They would have plenty of time to be together in the next few days.

At Streams Company, Hiram saw Gavin waiting for him in the office with several nurses, along with a

doctor standing behind him. They were there to support him when he wanted to get up and walk to the

office.

"Hiram, it was a very important conference yesterday. Why didn't you show up?" When Gavin learned

that Hiram was absent from the meeting, Gavin was surprised.

Hiram was someone who took his work extremely seriously. He always ensured that he was

professional and responsible, which made it appear strange that he didn't show up to this specific

important meeting. It showcased abnormal behavior in his character.

Gavin knew why Hiram had left the company and what he was doing. However, he would never delay,

nor cancel his work, no matter how important the problems was that he was dealing with.

"Mr. Rong, you look great. I knew you attended the meeting yesterday. You were there, so it didn't

matter whether I attended the meeting or not," said Hiram. He took off his jacket and sat on the chair

with his striped T-shirt.

"What… What did you just call me, Hiram?" When he heard how Hiram addressed him, Gavin felt

awkward.

Hiram picked up the files that he had left on the desk two days ago and glanced over at Gavin. "I told

you. I refuse to call you Dad until Rachel comes back."

"Really? Are you serious?! Hiram, I know that I am the one to blame for making Rachel leave.

However, I have accepted that I was wrong and strongly regretted what I have done." Furious with how

Hiram addressed him, Gavin closed his eyes.

Hiram hadn't visit Gavin since Rachel left. He didn't even answer his calls, and nearly cut off all contact

with him.

Even Joanna couldn't help him improve the situation. Hiram didn't answer her calls either.

Not to mention his grandchildren. During the past few days, Hiram wouldn't even allow him to visit them

whatsoever. Gavin also asked his servant to drive him to Tulip Palace to pick up Joyce and Jonny, but

Hiram still wouldn't open the door for him.

Ever since he was a little kid, Hiram had always been strong-willed and independent. Once he made a

decision, he seldom changed his mind.

"Hiram, I promise! If you can find Rachel and get her to come back, I'll leave her alone. I won't make

things difficult for her. I thought about a lot of things during the past few days. I realized that I couldn't NôvelDrama.Org holds © this.

blame Rachel for what happened to Lydia. I'm too one-sided when it comes to her."

Gavin sighed.

The more he thought about it, the more Gavin seemed to understand. The reason why Lydia didn't like

Rachel, was because

Rachel was Hiram's wife.

It didn't even matter whether it was Rachel or any other woman, Lydia would always feel jealous.

There was no two ways about it.

Hearing what Gavin had said, Hiram didn't even lift his head to look at him. He just smiled without

Gavin even noticing it. Gavin knew that Hiram had gone out to look for Rachel during the past two

days, but what he didn't know, was that Hiram had already found Rachel.

Ben and Chad were both loyal to Hiram and wouldn't dare to say a word to Gavin.

"Dad, it's too late to feel regretful now," said Hiram. Hiram signed the files and placed them back before

he checked his watch.

Feeling awkward, Gavin didn't know how to respond to Hiram. He let out a sigh as he stood up from the

sofa, shaking his head.

Both the nurses and doctor helped him walk out of the office.

When Gavin left the office, Hiram put down his pen, leaned on his chair and picked up the phone on

the desk. "Come upstairs.

The door will open shortly."
