Chapter One Hundred and Four: The Sacrifice for Victory
Chapter One Hundred and Four: The Sacrifice for Victory
Seraphina pushed herself away from Liam's fallen form, her chest heaving as she stared down at him.
Nicole stood at her side, her eyes wide with a mix of fear and uncertainty.
Nicole finally mustered the courage to speak, her voice quivering, "Is he dead?"
Seraphina, still panting from the intense struggle, leaned down to check Liam's condition. She shook
her head, her expression tense. "No, he's still breathing. We have to go now... Aria—"
Before she could finish her sentence, a voice interrupted them, and they both turned to see Shana
standing there, her eyes wide with shock. "What in the moon goddess' name happened here?"
Nicole spoke up first, her words rushing out in a hurry, "He attacked Seraphina."
Shana's gaze fell to Liam's unconscious form on the ground, and she raised an eyebrow. "Is he dead?"
Seraphina shook her head, her focus already shifting to their more pressing concerns. "No, he's not.
We have to find Elara."
Shana's expression shifted from concern to a smile, amidst the chaos. "You didn't feel it?" She asked,
her voice filled with wonder. "The pup has been born."
Seraphina's eyes widened in realization, her earlier skepticism evaporating. "So Liam was telling the
truth," she murmured to herself. "Well, we need to go see her."
Shana sucked in a deep breath, her eyes distant as if sensing something. "I can just feel the power
oozing out of there. It's so far away."
"Yet so close," Nicole finished for her, a spark of wonder in her eyes.
Aria cradled her tiny pup in her arms, her heart overflowing with love and wonder as she gazed down at
the fragile bundle. His eyes, a brilliant shade of blue, blinked up at her, and she couldn't help but smile.
"How can someone so little hold so much power?" she whispered softly to herself, her voice filled with
awe.
Lydia sat by Aria's side, her own eyes fixated on the newborn's tiny fingers as she gently played with
them. "I have no idea," she replied, her voice filled with a mixture of joy and wonder.
Elara, who had been busy tidying up the room, approached them with a warm smile. "Have you and
Knox decided on a name yet?" she inquired, her eyes twinkling with anticipation.
Aria's eyes widened as her thoughts suddenly snapped back to the events outside. "Knox, the battle,"
she muttered, a hint of worry in her voice. Her maternal instincts were strong, but she couldn't forget
the chaos that raged beyond these walls.
Lydia squeezed Aria's hand reassuringly. "Don't worry. Knox is a strong leader, and he has the pack's
best warriors by his side. They'll protect us."
Elara nodded in agreement, her voice soothing. "You need to rest, Aria. Your pup is safe, and the pack
is in good hands. Knox will come to see you as soon as he can."
Aria's gaze remained fixed on her pup, torn between the overwhelming love she felt for him and the
fear and uncertainty of the battle outside. She leaned down to press a gentle kiss on her baby's
forehead, whispering, "I love you, little one. Be safe and strong."
With that, Aria closed her eyes, her body weary from the ordeal of childbirth and the emotional
rollercoaster of the day. Lydia and Elara watched over her and the newborn pup, their hearts filled with
a sense of unity and purpose, even in the midst of chaos.

Malachi and Isolde remained locked in a deadly confrontation. They circled each other like predators,
their eyes never leaving their opponent.
Malachi's lips curled into a sinister smile, "I can feel it," he hissed, his voice laced with a sinister edge.
"The power oozing from that child. It's immense, Isolde. The moon goddess has truly outdone herself
this time."
Isolde's gaze remained unwavering, her protective instincts flaring. "You'll never get near him, Malachi.
I won't allow it."
With a feral snarl, Malachi lunged forward, his movements quick and unpredictable. Isolde barely had
time to react as their clash intensified. Blades met, sparks flew, and the air crackled with the tension of
their battle.
Isolde countered his strikes with a fluid grace, her movements a testament to her skill as a warrior.
"You're a fool, Malachi," she spat, her voice laced with contempt. "You think the power of that child can
be wielded by the likes of you?"
Malachi parried her attacks with equal ferocity, his eyes never leaving the pup. "I was once the most
powerful Alpha," he growled, his voice filled with bitter pride. "I've tasted the strength of the moon
goddess's blessings, and I won't be denied it again."
Their battle raged on, the clash of steel and magic echoing through the battlefield. Isolde's
determination to protect the child was unwavering, but Malachi's hunger for power was insatiable.
With a sudden burst of speed, Malachi closed the distance between them, his blade aimed at Isolde's
heart. She twisted away at the last moment, narrowly avoiding a fatal strike. But in doing so, she left
herself vulnerable, and Malachi seized the opportunity to disarm her, sending her weapon flying.
Isolde stumbled backward, her eyes wide with alarm. She reached out with her magic, creating a
protective barrier around the child, but Malachi was relentless. He pressed forward, his malevolent grin
never faltering.
"Give me the child, Isolde," he sneered, his voice dripping with malevolence. "You can't protect him
forever."
Isolde's eyes blazed with defiance as she summoned her remaining strength. "Over my dead body."
As Antonio and Knox continued their intense battle on the outskirts of the battlefield, their blades
clashed and sparks flew. Their exchanges were not only physical but verbal as well, with Antonio
taunting Knox.
Antonio's eyes gleamed with malice as he pressed the attack, his words dripping with disdain. "What
kind of Alpha are you, Knox, if you can't even shift? You werewolves are nothing without that ability. This belongs to NôvelDrama.Org: ©.
Powerless. Weak."
Knox parried Antonio's strikes with a stoic expression, his jaw clenched with resolve. "Our strength isn't
defined by our ability to shift, Antonio. It's defined by our unity, our loyalty to each other, and our
determination to protect what's ours."
Antonio scoffed, his attacks growing more aggressive. "Unity won't save you now, Knox. You can't stop
us. You can't even protect your own."
Their battle raged on as they traded blows, the ground beneath them churned up by their fierce
struggle. Around them, the other Alphas and their wolves, the Nightshade wolves, and the hunters
engaged in their own brutal clashes.
Knox's determination burned brighter with every taunt from Antonio. He knew that their ability to shift
might be temporarily stolen from them, but their spirit and resilience remained unbroken. The battle
was far from over, and the fate of their packs hung in the balance.

Lydia and Elara stood nearby, gazing at the infant with equal wonder. His small fingers wrapped around
Aria's. Then, as if on cue, the room's tranquility was disrupted by the creaking of the door. All eyes
turned to the figure standing in the doorway, silhouetted by the muted light filtering in from the corridor.
Winter stood, her presence unexpected and her words laden with an ominous weight.
"Mother was right," she began, her voice carrying a solemn gravity that seemed to hang in the air. "The
child is more powerful than anything I have ever felt."
The three she-wolves, Aria, Lydia, and Elara, exchanged puzzled glances, their expressions mirroring
their collective confusion. It was Lydia who finally voiced their uncertainty. "What are you doing here? I
thought you left."
Winter's gaze remained fixed on the pup in Aria's arms, a focus that seemed unwavering and intent. "I
couldn't leave until my message was complete."
Aria's maternal instincts were stirred, and she instinctively clutched her son tighter, as if to shield him
from whatever revelations Winter might bring. "You already gave your message."
Winter finally tore her eyes away from the child, her gaze solemn and distant. It was as if she could
perceive the battle unfolding beyond the confines of the room, her thoughts drawn to the turmoil
outside. "They are not going to win," she said, her voice a haunting whisper that seemed to echo in the
chamber. "The ancient wolf will win, and everyone will fall. But there is one way to stop it. The final part
of my message."
Aria's heart quickened its pace, a sense of foreboding settling over her like a heavy shroud. She held
her son closer, her protective instincts in overdrive. "What are you saying?"
The room fell into a heavy silence, broken only by the distant echoes of the ongoing battle. The gravity
of Winter's words hung in the air, a weight that threatened to crush them all.
Winter's eyes bore into Aria's with an intensity that conveyed the seriousness of her words. "In order for
this to end," she began, her voice unwavering, "you have to give up the power. You have to give up
your son's wolf spirit."
