Chapter 16 Paradise Studio

Chapter 16 Paradise Studio

Angel reached out her hand to touch Aaron's head. "I won’t do it again. Don't be sad. I'll buy you

dinner."

Aaron shook off her hand in disgust.

"A lot of companies showed interest in the email. I chose five of them, check and see which one you

like. I have to reply them." Aaron thrust the tablet at her.

She duly changed the subject.

Angel's problems had to be solved by herself. No one else could help her, and pressing her questions

would hurt her.

There was no such thing as empathy in this world. What he could do was to accompany and protect

her.

Angel, with computer in hand, casually asked, "Is there Yydream Work Studio of the Newman Group?"

"Yes, but I don't think it is appropriate." Aaron said.

Angel raised her eyebrows and looked at Aaron in surprise.

"Yydream Work Studio now has a lot of market share and seems to be doing well," said Aaron, “But it

only relies on the the Newman Group and Anna. Their mode of operation and internal management

have no rules."

"As for the cooperation with us, they are perfunctory and have no sincerity. We are just treated as

designers and they have no plan for the future of designers. That's not what we want. As for Anna, I

think it we need times to understand her." Aaron's voice was cold.

Angel burst into a smile. "Aaron, your comments please me."

Aaron glared at her and continued, "I've been researching their products, and they're all designed by a

bunch of designers. They have no characteristic and are not permanent, but when they want to launch

new products, they only launch one style. And I found that the style in the last three years is similar to

yours. If I was not familiar with you, I would probably think that is your early work."

Aaron shoved a few pictures toward her.

Angel's eyes fell upon the pictures, and she took a sip of the water Aaron offered her, hiding the

emotion in her eyes.

It seemed Anna did not throw Belle’s things!

Anna, when can you do yourself?

‘But it didn't matter, I will play with you!’

Aaron then gave her another document, "Look at this, I prefer this company. It's been around for about

six months, it's fully staffed, it's done good market research, and it's a good fit for us at this early stage.

The terms of cooperation are very generous, and I made an appointment to meet with their person in

charge to discuss." From NôvelDrama.Org.

Angel opened the document and gave a strange palpitation.

Paradise Studio!

Angel read the paper in silence, put it down and said, "Check background of this company. If there's

nothing wrong with it, sign with it."

Aaron nodded.

"Let me show you the environment here. There is a loft on the third floor, which is very comfortable.

You can come here to rest later."

Aaron said as he walked out.

"The second floor is the office area, and the first floor is the exhibition area." Aaron pointed out

everything to Angel.

Angel looked around and nodded. "I'll be busy with the professor next week. My Aunt will take me back

to Duncan’s tonight. You and Heidi stay here, I will come when I am free. If the cooperation is settled,

we should work on our category."

Angel told Aaron her whereabouts and plans.

Aaron didn't say anything.

There was a yellow soda in the small loft on the 3rd floor. The sunshine casted to sofa, warm and

bright.

Aaron pulled her to sit down on the sofa, "Take a nap, you look so bad. I will ask Heidi to buy you some

porridge."

The sofa was so comfortable that Angel never wanted to get up once she sat down.

Aaron took a thin blanket and put it over her and walked out.

Angel closed her eyes. A moment later, feeling the warmth of the sun, she felt asleep.

"Belle, when we grow up, we will get married. I will build a big garden and a glass house, where we can

watch flowers during the day and stars at night.

"Belle, I will only be good to you all my life. We can’t quarrel, ok?"

Said the boy, childlike and earnest.

The sun was dazzling and the boy's face could not be seen clearly. The small Belle was glad.

The garden, the glass house, the flowers and the stars were enough to make her happy forever.

"Belle, there isn’t a boy in family, so we have to make a plan for family. Mariam is my mother's best

friend. If I marry Jason, the Foster family will help father wholeheartedly."

"You have to marry William, so that the Hall family can help us and the Newman Group can be more

competitive. You can't help the family with other things, but you have to do this well!"

"But, sister, I --"

"You don't want to work for the Newman family, do you? I will not force you. I am elder sister, as long as

it is for the sake of this family, for the sake of father, for you and Sofia, I can do anything."

"Jason always regards you as his little sister. He told me a couple of days ago that when we get

married, he will treat you like a little sister and build a big garden and a glass house for you. You like all

these things. He is good to you.”

The voice was soft and charming that no one could refuse.

Belle only felt pain in the heart that she could not even breathe.

Angel woke up with a start with cold sweat on her face.

She had a dream! It belonged to Belle's dream.

"Angel? Have you had nightmares again?" Heidi said.

A warm hand lay on her forehead.

"Heidi." Angel stood up and put her arms around Heidi's waist.

Heidi sighed, "You had a nightmare again. I don’t feel relieved if you go to the Duncan’s. What can you

do if you have nightmares?"

Heidi patted Angel on the back.

Angel could not help laughing, "Yes, yes, without you, what should I do?"
