Chapter 25 Arrange a Villa
Chapter 25 Arrange a Villa
Hermosa looked at the paternity test Clarissa handed her. The 99 percent of the similarity let her have
to believe that this woman had carried Antonio’s child.
Hermosa did not like her, but the child in her belly was Antonio's and her great-grandson, how could
she sit idly by?
After struggling for a while, Hermosa gave Clarissa a look. "I can accept the baby. I can also arrange a
place for you to have the baby."
Clarissa immediately showed a smile on her face, but Hermosa’s next words made her stop smiling,
“Don't be happy. I said I will accept the baby, but I did not say I will accept you. Leave after you give
birth to the baby. Don't make me force you to leave. If you agree, I will do my promise, if you don't,
don't blame me."
Clarissa knew Hermosa's mind. Although she hated that, but still had a smile on her face, “Grandma, I
can do anything as long as I can have the baby born." As if to soften Hermosa's heart, she reached out
and touched her stomach, showing tenderness.
Satisfied with her attitude, Hermosa nodded and asked someone to take her one of the vacant villa of
the Baron family.
Clarissa looked at the huge villa, showing a smile. Until others had left, she took out her mobile phone.
The phone was soon answered, Adelaide's voice sounded from the other end of the phone, “What?"
Clarissa was happy to hear her slightly disgusted tone, slightly narrowed her eyes, “Sister, you and I
are born of a father, why are you so indifferent to me?”
"My mother did not give birth to sisters for me. Please don't bother me in the future!" Adelaide didn't
want to hear her voice, but before she hung up the phone, the voice on the other end of the phone
sounded again, “Sister, how can you be so cruel? By the way, Grandma has accepted my child and
arranged me a villa just to let me take care of the fetus!"
Adelaide could imagine Clarissa's expression, but she still took a deep breath, “Clarissa, I know you
called me just to show off, but even if grandma accepts you, you won't live in other villas."
Clarissa did not expect that she would say that. She was stunned and later said, “Adelaide, as long as I
give birth to Antonio's child, I sure will marry into the Baron family."
"Haha, are you too naive? Clarissa, as long as I live one day, I will not divorce Antonio. You will only
have an illegal child!" Adelaide did not give her the opportunity to speak but hung up the phone.
Clarissa stamped her feet angrily but later looked at her phone with a smile.
“What is it?”
Antonio’s voice came from the telephone. Clarissa shed tears at the instant and said in a crying tone,
“Antonio, grandma arranged me a villa, but this place is so big, with only some part-time workers. I am
afraid being here alone!"
Antonio had been a little impatient, but when he heard Clarissa’s crying tone, his voice became soft,
“Turn on the light at night, and you will not be afraid with light!"
Clarissa bit her lip, “But, I miss you, the baby misses you too. I am so afraid, Antonio, come to
accompany me, ok?"
Clarissa knew Adelaide was there when Antonio picked up the phone. She was right. Antonio was in
Adelaide’s room, because two days ago his grandma said he should treat Adelaide better. Looking at
Clarissa's call, he subconsciously ran to the study.
Adelaide stood quietly outside the door. She was heartbroken listening to his coaxing.
After they talked for more than ten minutes, Antonio finally frowned and whispered, “Ok, give me the
address." He hung up the phone.
As he just walked out of the room, he saw Adelaide standing at the door. He was stunned and later
roared, “You eavesdrop on my phone?"
Adelaide raised her head and tried to put on a smiling face. She shook her head, “I came to ask you to
have a meal."
"No, there's business at the company. I've got to get back to it."
Because of guilty, he did not delve into Adelaide's words, even did not dare to look into her eyes. And
then he left with his coat on.
Adelaide stood there in a daze.
When Clarissa boasted in the phone, she felt Clarissa would not miss this opportunity to humiliate her,
but she did not expect Clarissa would call Antonio. There had been a voice in her mind to tell her to
listen to what they said!
She had tried to stop that, but it was useless. She touched her stomach and told herself that it didn't
matter.
Hermosa caught this scene. She gently wiped away Adelaide’s tear. Adelaide didn’t expect Hermosa
would suddenly appear, so she lowered her head so that Hermosa could not see her red and swollen
eyes.
Her action made let Hermosa more distressed, “I am sorry for that!"
Hermosa knew it was ridiculous to let Clarissa live in the villa, but it was Antonio’s baby, she could not
bear to let the baby live outside. So she was sorry for Adelaide.
Adelaide shook her head and put up a smiling face, “Grandma, I'm fine. I just miss my Mom." Then she
helped Hermosa into her room.
Hermosa took her hand and patted her gently, “Good girl, I know you are sensible. Don’t worry, I will
not allow that boy and that woman bully you."
Adelaide took a deep breath and looked at Hermosa, “Grandma, I am fine. Antonio did not bully me." © NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.
Hermosa was guilty to hear that. She promised to Adelaide she would not let Antonio and Clarissa bully
her again and again.
