Chapter 31 I could kill you
Chapter 31 I could kill you
In Peak Hotel, Baron finished a shower and suddenly his phone rang.
After taking a glance at it, Baron couldn't believe it was Tracy, for she had never called him before.
“Tracy,” Baron answered in a hurry.
“Help! Baron, Yuri was kidnapped!” Tracy’s worried voice came through the phone instantly.
In fact, Tracy didn't know what to do then after she got a call from Bonnie. At that dire moment, she
thought of Baron.
“Don't worry,” Boron said soothingly, “I'm gonna find her now, and tell me everything that you know.”
Boron said, putting on his coat quickly.
At the other end of the line, Tracy repeated the conversation with Yuri word for word to Baron.
“Charles, come out with me!” Baron said, walking out of the villa.
A black luxury car rushed out from the darkness. Charles drove Baron who sat in the back row with a
serious face.
The expression on Baron’s face was so frightening that Charles felt a chill shiver rippling over his skin,
“Baron, where shall we go?”
“Perry family!” said Baron indifferently.
At the same time, in a private box of a large nightclub, a young lady lay on the sofa, dead drunk.
Beside her, there was an obscene bald man in his thirties watching her eagerly.
The young lady was Yuri, who had been kidnapped not long ago. The man sat opposite was Phillip.© NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.
“Dude, you are really vicious. You even want to hit on your cousin!” The bald looked at him with
disdain, but his smile revealed that he was very satisfied.
Phillip complained bitterly, “She is so ingrate that she herself is the one to blame for this. As long as I
get her nude photos, she can only be under my control.”
The bald burst out laughing and said, “Ha ha, I'll help you. The lady belongs to me tonight.”
After hearing this, Phillip’s face changed a little, “Wallace, she belongs to you just for an hour. I need
her for something else. After tonight, she can never hide from you,” He said hurriedly.
Phillip intended to threaten Yuri by her nude photos to intercede with the Lewis family on his behalf. If
Yuri would stay with Wallace the whole night, all his efforts would be in vain.
“Dude, she doesn’t have a big shot as her backer, does she?” said Wallace, squinting his eyes.
Phillip felt a bit guilty about fooling Wallace, because in his view, Yuri was the woman Lewis family
wanted. “Take it easy. If there is a big shot as her backer, how can she be thrown out by my
granddad?”
Wallace felt relieved when hearing this, “Even an hour is extremely precious. Leave now. No more
delay,” he sneered.
“OK, I'll go. Wallace. Don't forget to shoot a video.” Phillip made a bow to him and left.
Soon, that left just Wallace and blotto Yuri in the private box. Wallace walked toward Yuri with open
arms. “My little dear! I'm here,” he said scurrilously.
“Ow! …”
All of a sudden, Yuri threw up.
Completely caught off-guard, Wallace was fully covered in puke. The stink of vomit was mingled with
the smell of wine. The disgusting odor smelled up the whole room.
“Shit!” Wallace roared angrily.
He called two waitresses to clean it, “Hurry up! Or you may waste my time.”
In the Perry courtyard, Henry was sitting in his room alone, looking very gloomy. After coming back
from Tracy’s home, he visited many of his old friends, but he even wasn’t able to meet them.
“Does this spell the doom of the Perry family?”
Henry was not reconciled to his defeat and soon a flicker of evil revealed on his face, “It is all because
of you, Yuri! You bitch! Perry family wouldn't have come to a dead end if you are willing to intercede
with the Lewis family!”
At this point, outside the room a noise suddenly blasted out. It sounded like some people were fighting.
Henry exploded with rage and rushed outside, “Look at this mess! You are…”
When he saw the scene in front of him, he was startled with wide eyes, speechless.
Outside the door, a dozen of bodyguards, were lying on the ground, moaning. Henry was unable to
believe what he saw. He spent a large sum of money to build the security team. They were martial arts
masters from all over the country.
But now, everyone fell to the ground except the two guys. He only knew one of them, Baron.
“Oh, so it's you! A dead dog!” Henry looked terrible.
Baron moved toward Henry while Charles, standing on the same spot, stared at the bodyguards
sharply.
Whoosh!
Baron rushed toward Henry and gripped him by the throat.
Henry’s face turned blue as Baron nearly took his breath away!
“If anything bad happens to Yuri, the whole Perry family will disappear entirely,” he exclaimed with rage.
As soon as Baron finished, he threw Henry out violently on the ground several meters away.
The crash made Henry terrible cough immediately.
Every one of the Perry family was totally stunned. He even beat such an old man.
“How, how dare you treat me like that?!” Now Henry was also infuriated.
Step by step, Baron moved toward Henry, who was still lying on the ground. Baron lifted his foot and
stomped on Henry’s chest, “Believe it or not, I am going to kill you.”
As Baron stopped speaking, Henry felt a mighty force was about to overwhelm his chest. Until this
moment, he realized that Baron really intended to kill him.
“Call Phillip now! Bring Yuri here within ten minutes or he will surely die,” said Baron savagely.
After all, the old guy was Tracy’s granddad.
“You’re a jerk! You want to hurt my son! How dare you! ” a middle-aged woman snarled.
Baron raised an eyebrow and said, “Slap her!”
With the words, a clear sound echoed in everyone’s ears. Before others knew what happened, Charles
had reached forward and given her a slap. The slap was so hard that the middle-aged woman flew out
and fainted.
Fighting at the frontier for years had turned Charles into a man of great strength.
Great horror flooded others in waves!
Baron and Charles showed no mercy to neither old guys nor the women!
What they didn't know was that the two men didn’t take all their strength.
“Now, 9 minutes left.” Baron looked at his watch and told Henry.
Henry finally understood the critical situation. Trembling in every limb, he called the number.
“What the hell did you do to Yuri! Bring her home in nine minutes without any injury! Or you're going to
die!” Henry snarled on the phone.
Phillip struggled to contain himself, “Granddad, Yuri cannot leave yet because I need her to finish the
task you gave me.”
“Shut up! You stupid jerk! I am ordering you to bring her back right now!” Obviously Yuri was in great
danger.
What Baron had done to Perry family was far beyond Henry’s imagination. He clearly knew if Phillip
hurt Yuri, the whole Perry family might disappear, and even his own life was threatened.
A ripple of fear passed through him. He looked at Baron in disbelief. Was the man in front of him still
trash?
“Granddad, Yuri is in Royal Hotel. It's far from home so it is impossible to bring her home in nine
minutes even by plane. I’m close to finished the task. So, don't worry and wait for the good news.”
Then Phillip hung up the phone.
“Phillip! Hello! Hello!” There was no response any more.
“It seems Phillip wants to die. Well, in that case, maybe I can help him.” A fierce look came into his
eyes.
Henry was really freaked out and said beseechingly, “Baron, please! Let him off this time.”
Henry did say that if Phillip couldn’t resolve Perry family's crisis, he should never return home. But
those were his angry words, Phillip was his only grandson. How could he kick him out of the family?
Henry’s only son, Phillip’ father, died from a car accident years ago. And the other son Terry was
nothing but a bastard. Henry had no blood relationship with him.
Henry had no relatives except Phillip in the whole Perry family. If Phillip died, he would be left alone.
He knew Baron really intended to kill his only grandson, which filled him with horror.
“His life depends on Yuri, so you’d better pray for Yuri to be unharmed.” He said coldly and turned
away.
“Wait!” Henry thought of something at once. He said hurriedly, “Phillip just mentioned Yuri is in Royal
Hotel. Normally, it takes twenty minutes to reach there, but as it is not rush hour now, so it is totally
different. If you drive faster, you can get there in ten minutes.”
“Charles, take the car! Hurry up!” said Baron.
Like a flash of lightning, the black car galloped on the road at full speed.
It only took eight minutes to get there.
Charles braked abruptly, drifting, and parked at the door of Royal Hotel.
