CHAPTER THIRTY THREE (FINALE)
This is how the groom feels at his wedding? You don’t know if you have diarrhea or urination or feel sick. I also don’t know if I’m hungry. I didn’t understand anything but I wanted the wedding to end and we could go home and spend my day with my wife.
“Hey relax.” Zeus tapped my shoulder.
“I am,” I replied.
“You’re sweating, later the wedding hasn’t even started you’ve fainted.” He teases me but I don’t know if I’m going to frown or laugh or not. My mind is full of thoughts about the wedding.
I am fucking excited to be her husband. I don’t know if Mylene’s plans to fake our wedding help. Because if she hadn’t faked our marriage I wouldn’t have experienced the marriage again. I will never experience being excited like this.
Our fake wedding is nothing for me. Though, I know that I am a little bit excited but not as excited as now. I was excited to fuck her at that time. Today, I can’t explain my fucking excitement to call her my wife. The woman that I want to spend my whole life in this World.
“The wedding is about to start. The bride is already outside!” The coordinator informed us.
“Hoo!” I exhaled to relax my chest.
“That’s okay.”
They closed the door. The entourage walks one by one perfectly guided by the coordinator. When the bridesmaid followed by made of honor walk which is Mylene, I feel more excited to see Maggie.
The door opens. The scenario is fucking romantic. Maggie stands outside while the lights from the sun pointed at her. She enters and walks slowly with Margot with the song Beautiful In White. Her face was covered with a white veil. Her dress perfectly fit in her sexy body.
As she walks towards me, the scenario from our past flashes in me. How we met, how we got married because of the agreement, how we fell in love with each other, how we both got hurt and I thought we would never get along and that makes me feel bad every day.
I am maybe in denial at that time. But when Maggie and I separated ways, I feel that it is useless to live if she was not by my side. Whether I admit it or not but even though I deal hard with her it hurts me to think that she is not mine and I thought she would never be mine again.
I wiped my tears as I remembered our past that had strengthened us and reminded us that no matter what happens we will never let go of each other. Fuck these tears to embarrass me. But no, I won’t be afraid or feel shame to show my emotions when it comes to my feeling with Maggie. I will never be ashamed of how I feel for her even if I look ridiculous.
Maggie changed me a lot.
When they came in front of me Margot held out her hand. They are already ok now. That was also one of the things I admired about her. She was quick to forgive the people she loved. She may be hard and tough but she has a pure and genuine heart.
“Blaze, thank you for loving my sister, and please take care of her.” Margot wiped her tears and handed Maggie’s hand.Belongs to (N)ôvel/Drama.Org.
“I will Margot, I will be in her side to guide her, in her back to support her, and in her front to defend her.”
“Thanks, Blaze. Thank you so much.”
When I take Maggie’s hand she smiles at me. My heart throbs in excitement as we go near the priest. True priest because I asked for a diploma and I even verified with the archbishop in an archdiocese to which he belongs. And age is also my choice. Better to be sure.
“Before we start this wedding I first want to know if anyone is objecting? If there is, raise your hand and state your reason.”
Suddenly someone cleared his throat so Maggie and I looked at each other. Dylan stood in the doorway smiling.
“Ow, don’t mind me, Father, I just coughed.” Then he walks and seat in the last row. Everyone laughed but not Dane who stared at the brother.
“Really stupid,” I whisper.
“I’ll beat him later at the reception.”
The priest continued. We no longer bought the ring and the old ring we used. Maggie doesn’t want to change it because this ring is said to have many happy memories for her.
When the exchange of rings was finished the priest announced that I could kiss my wife. I face her and slowly open her veil. She’s a fucking goddess. A perfect creation that was perfectly created for me. I am so excited to kiss her. I know this is not our first kiss but this is special for me. Because this kiss is a seal of our love. Our first kiss as a husband and wife.
I kissed her and close my eyes. I deepen my kiss to feel the sweetness of her lips. I was about to knock my tongue inside her mouth when Dylan shouted so I let go.
“I think they’re planning their honeymoon here inside the church.”
“You just got ahead of me, Dylan,” Jace seconded.
“Shit!” I hissed. Stupid, I almost got carried away. The effect of my wife’s kiss is really different.
My wife. This time I’m really married.
After the wedding, we went straight to the reception. A lot of gimmicks of the organizer especially in games. Maggie changed her dress already and she’s at the table with Margot and Hailey and the other girls but not with Dane because she’s with us. They were enjoying with Dove, Hawk, and Eagle. Phoenix’s triplets are only three months old.
“Congrats, sucker.”
“Congrats’ dumbass.”
“Congrats ‘bro.”
“I am happy for both of you, Blaze.”
“Thanks, guys.”
“Who will get married next?” Dane asked and looked at Jace.
“Don’t look at me like that Dane.”
“I didn’t say anything. I just ask who will get married next?”
“Too defensive, sucker.” Jace look and Margot who are at Maggie’s table then shake. “What’s your plan?” Zeus added.
“I really want to break up and tell her we’re going to stop this.”
“Wrong move when you do that. Maggie will kill you.”
“All right, scare me more, Phoenix.”
“What do you hate about Margot? She’s kind, quiet, beautiful, sexy, she also has money,” Dane said.
“She’s not the one I love.”
“Why don’t you give her a chance? Maybe it will work. Like Phoenix, like Blaze.”
“Their situation is different from mine. Hailey is Phoenix’s first love though he is in denial since then. Blaze has never been in love and Maggie is his first love either. And so do I to Brianna.”
“Are you sure?” Zeus tease him so we laughed too.
“The one in your mind is not counted and I never see her again.”
“You said so.”
“Blaze,” Maggie called me.
“Yes, Mag? Something wrong?”
“No, Miles wants to talk to us.”
“Ok, just a minute guys.” Maggie and I walk through Mylene.
“Hey!” she greeted. “Congrats,”
“Thanks.”
“Blaze, I just want to say sorry about what happened between you and Maggie.”
“No, it’s ok. Honestly, it ended well. Because if that didn’t happen, I wouldn’t feel the feeling of being excited about getting married. You know, I wasn’t that happy when we first got married unlike now.”
“I know, but still I just want to say sorry.”
“Miles, I am so thankful for you because if you hadn’t challenged me that night I wouldn’t have approached, Blaze, and even more so we wouldn’t have ended up like this. Thank you, Miles.”
“I just want to give this to you.” She handed Maggie an envelope. When she opened it she gives it back to Mylene.
“No Miles, I can’t accept that. I told you before, I will choose Blaze over anything so no, I can’t accept the Paloma.”
“That wasn’t a prize for our bet. That’s my wedding gift for you.”
“Mylene, that’s too much.”
“Maggie knows that I am migrating to the US so I don’t need the Paloma. Somehow, the Paloma is important to me so I want to give it to someone special who I know won’t neglect the resort. And that’s Maggie.”
“But, Miles —”
“Ok, then this is my gift to your eldest. Maybe you have plans to have kids, right?” Maggie looked at me but I just shrugged.
“Ok, but we will meet again, right?”
“Of course, Maggie, I will still visit you and you can visit me.”
“Just a visit, huh? No desire to my husbands?”
“When you admit that you’re in love with Blaze, I stop raping him in my mind.”
“What the hell.” And they both laugh.
“Congrats to both of you.” They hug tight. “Congrats, Blaze.”
When Mylene left I pulled Maggie and hug her.
“Are you happy, love?” I ask her and kiss her.
“I am, I am so fucking happy to the point that I wanted to give you a blow job right now, Blaze.”
“Damn, stop teasing me.”
“Let’s go?”
“Huh? To where?”
“Let’s leave them and go on our honeymoon.”
“But —” Maggie pulled me and we were running out of the event hall. We go to our room and kiss passionately.
“I am all yours, Blaze, and you are mine, mine alone.”
“I’m all yours, Maggie.”
We kiss and landed on the bed and start our honeymoon.
