Chapter 5 Indulgence
Chapter 5 Indulgence
The night was chaotic and ambiguous.
When I woke up in the morning, I felt sore all over and my bones felt like they were falling apart. I
cursed Brandon in my heart.
How crazy was he last night? He was a beast!
I sat up and looked down at the dense hickeys on my chest and the marks on my arm. I was even more
annoyed. It was one thing to have sex, but why did he have to go so far?
"How do you feel about my skills? Are you satisfied?"
A sexy man's voice came from beside me. I turned around quickly and saw Brandon staring at me with
a dark look on his face.
Panicking, I quickly wrapped myself up with the quilt. I felt uncomfortable letting a strange man look at
my body like this, even though I was the one who initiated sex last night.
"Now you're pretending to be innocent in front of me? You were quite racy with me last night."
Brandon stood up and approached me. His tone was full of disdain and scorn. His arrogant look made
me feel very uncomfortable, as if I were a shameless b*tch.
I lifted the quilt, picked up the clothes on the floor, and put them on in front of him.
"You're pretty good, and big enough too. I'm satisfied."
I took a look at the crotch of Brandon's trousers with a frivolous look in my eyes.
Brandon's face darkened in an instant. He looked at me with obvious anger in his eyes.
"Are all the women nowadays as shameless as you? You dare to say anything!"
As soon as he finished speaking, his gaze fell on the bed, and his eyes held some complicated
emotions. I followed his gaze and saw a touch of red, which made my heart ache.
I had been dating Vaughn for seven years. I'd always thought that I would keep my virginity until
marriage, but before we had a chance for that, I'd discovered what a sc*m he was.
And I fell to the level of giving my first time to a random man.
"Is this your first time?"
Brandon once again shifted his gaze to my face. There was a complicated look in his eyes.
"So what if I am? Don't tell me you have a virgin complex?"
Looking away, I looked at Brandon's complicated eyes and said sarcastically.
Brandon frowned and looked at me unhappily, probably offended by my attitude.
"Tell me, what do you want? Money?"
After a long moment, he spoke again, his tone as cold as before.
"What, will all the women who have slept with you ask you for money?"
I felt as if I had been insulted. I looked at Brandon with some anger. "I just wanted to take revenge on
Vaughn last night. Do I look like I want money?"
"We're just using each other for what we need. I don't need your money. From today onwards, we
never knew each other."
After saying this, I didn't want to say another word to Brandon. I quickly left the hotel.
When I returned to my friend Evie's house, she pulled me into her room.
"Hollie. You didn't come back last night. Do you know how worried I was? I couldn't call you on your All content © N/.ôvel/Dr/ama.Org.
phone either. Did you and Vaughn..."
