Camp Closeted

Chapter 10: Almost Pasta Way

Chapter 10: Almost Pasta Way

"This was completely unintentional Mike I'm really sorry." Dallas apologized for the 100th time as we

walked towards the restroom.

"Micah." I let out.

"What?" He glanced at me.

"It's Micah not Mike." I spoke out, wanting to throw up at the feeling of this food drying on my hair and

skin.

"Oh sorry. I've only heard your name from other people saying it, not actually coming from you so I

apologize." He anxiously coughed, his attention not leaving me.

"You apologize a lot." I tried to smile.

"Sorry." He quickly closed his eyes and smiled, catching himself apologize again. "I'm just so used to

it." He said, making me slightly confused.

"What do you mean you're used to it?" I asked, watching the restroom get closer in distance.

"Well it seems like I can never do anything right. Just ask Posh. I've let him down on his orders so

many times and I hate myself for it. If you really love someone you won't let them down and I keep

letting him down." He ranted, visibly frustrated in himself.

"Dallas, you're his boyfriend, not his peasant. You need to stop apologizing for such small things, like

carrying his bag wrong or something." We finally entered the restroom, hearing my wet footsteps echo

through the stalls.

Dallas remained quiet as he got a hand full of napkins and quickly dampened them, moving closer

towards me after.

"Don't move." His light hazel eyes scanned over me as his hand gently wiped the food off my face.

"Damn, I really wanted to eat this lasagna too."

I couldn't help but softly laugh as I replied. "Instead you turned me into a lasagna monster." He

chuckled.

For some reason it got quiet. Our eyes met as he continued to wipe off the food. As our gaze continued

to grow deeper, his hand movements progressively got slower, his attention shifting towards me.

I felt warmth radiate off of Dallas as I watched his bright hazel eyes watch me. "Uh, Micah your nose is

bleeding." He anxiously muttered.

"Fuck my life." I rolled my eyes as I rapidly turned towards the mirror. "I-I can handle from here." I broke

the pause, his eyes shifting away.

"Yea, of course." He bit his lip as he moved away, wiping his hand on his shirt. "Are you okay?" He

asked.

"Y-yea it's nothing." I quickly responded.

The restroom fell silent once again, a sound beginning to ring around our ears. It sounded like

someone was listening to music in one of the stalls. "Don't mind it." Dallas waved. "It's just Sascha. He

eats in here by himself."

I threw him a confused look, making him continue talking as I kept wiping myself. "Sascha eats by

himself because no one really talks to him. They find him kinda weird. I personally don't think he's

weird, I just never got the chance to talk to him." I threw him a small nod, eyeing the stall where the

music came from.

After changing to a set of new clothes I noticed that Logan and Benny were still in the cafeteria,

another person sitting with them.

"Welcome back pasta boy." Logan teases as I walked back towards them with a shy facial expression.

"Oh god." I rolled my eyes. "Is that what people call me now?" I sat down, their eyes noticing the

clothes I changed into.

"No, only me." Logan devilishly smirked as I playfully threw him a dirty look. "You're lucky people here Content rights by NôvelDr//ama.Org.

have a very short attention span. They're always looking for the next big thing to talk about. They

probably forgot about the whole situation already."

"Thank god." I sighed.

Benny coughed, my attention landing on him. "This is Andrew, he's a photographer for the camp so

don't be confused if you see him around taking pictures. Andrew meet Micah, Micah meet Andrew." His

hands gestured towards the boy.

"Nice to meet you." I smiled, slowly taking in every aspect of his perfect face. His sandy brown hair

effortlessly shifting as he moved closer to greet me, his sharp jawline flexing at me as I got a better

look of his freckles that complimented his facial structure very well.

His deep green eyes warmed up to me as he fixed his glasses closer towards his face. "Nice to meet

you too. I'm sorry pasta had to spill on you in your first day." He nodded.

I couldn't help but laugh. "Yea when it happened I almost pasta way." I tried to hold in my laughter as

the table became silent.

"Bitch shut up." Benny rolled his eyes as he cackled, almost spilling his drink.

"Oh wow, how cute." Andrew chuckled from my pun.

"Nice one, pasta boy." Logan narrowed his eyes at me with a smirk.

"So what did Posh's little group tell you?" Benny looked intently at me, sipping out of a small cup with a

straw. "Did they offer your ass a complimentary fur coat?" He joked.

"No free fur coats but he did say he just wanted to welcome me to the camp and ask me if I was rich as

them, which I am not. Then Milan proceeded to throw a fit about not being with Logan, Cadence asked

if I wanted to hit his vape pen, it was just all too much." I explained, Benny and Logan quietly laughing.

"I knew it. He so wants me back." Logan shook his head in subtle disbelief.

"That's a damn mess." Benny laughed. "Sorry I forced you to go. I just wanted to hear what the hell

they wanted from you."

"It's okay." I slowly shrugged. "I just hope they don't try to talk to me again because they really are too

much."

As Logan and Benny talked, I quickly caught Andrew looking at me with curiosity buried in his eyes.

"If you don't mind, you already know I'm a photographer for the camp." Andrew slowly turned towards

me as his eyes scanned my face. "Do you think I can take pictures of you?"

I took a second as my mouth subtly widened at him, making him speak again. "If you don't want to it's

completely fine, I'm probably being weir-" I quickly interrupted him.

"N-no it's fine, I'll do it." I nodded. "I just haven't done anything like that before. If you don't mind me

asking though, why me?" He smiled.

"Well it's simple, you're pretty." He casually let out, undeniably making my cheeks begin to burn. "You're

features are symmetrical, your eyes are gorgeous, and you have a nice body."

"Really?" I spoke genuinely shocked. "But I always thought I looked like a classified alien strictly used

for government research."

Andrew let out a deep laugh, his extremely white teeth flashing at me. "Well I want you to completely

scrap that out of your head. I work around a lot of male models in the industry and I swear to god you

would blend in."

What he said made me look down in deep thought. Could he be telling the truth? No one has ever told

me stuff like that before. Either he means it or he just really needs pictures.

"Will tomorrow be okay?" His forest shaded eyes looked intently at me as his words continued running

through my head.

"Y-yea." I quickly replied with a small smile.

This should be interesting..
