Realizing Something
After two days of investigating the case of who was behind all the troubles, Gifer, who was in his office this morning, received a report from his messenger.
“How was it? Did you get any information about that person?” Gifer asked with a curious face.
“I only got the information that the person who made the donor’s family cancel the eye donation agreement was only wearing a red hoodie, they don’t remember the girl’s name, sir. They were instigated that the recipient of the eye donation is a bad person, so they canceled it,” said Gifer’s messenger.
“Then what other information did you get?” Gifer asked again.
“The person who hit your car on the Jakarta toll road at that time, is still alive.”
DEG!
Hearing that, Gifer and Haris widened their eyes as wide as possible in shock.
“Isn’t he already dead? You saw it wrong,” said Gifer not believing what the person in front of him said. How could a dead person suddenly come back to life? After all, it happened a very long time ago. That was what Gifer had in mind at the moment.
“I got this information also from the person who saw it firsthand that that person was conspiring with the instigator earlier, sir. They met at the Burger restaurant,” the messenger explained again so that there would be no misunderstanding and so that Gifer would believe him.
“Hard to believe, but it makes sense too,” said Haris who had been thinking while folding his arms across his chest.
“If that’s the case, keep an eye on them. Don’t forget to provide any video evidence of their conversation, as evidence when reporting to the authorities,” Gifer decided.
“Alright, sir.”
“This is your pay today, tomorrow if you can get more information then I will increase it.” Gifer replied while handing a brown envelope containing money to his messenger. This was the police evidence to report the criminal.
“Thank you, sir.”
After the messenger left, Haris approached Gifer who was still frozen at his desk.
“It’s crazy if the person who hit your car is still alive, why does he have no intention to apologize to you? At least his family. Not even this, how bad is it? That means he really has bad intentions towards you, Gif,” Haris said.
“That’s what frustrates me, Ris. If this continues, when will I get an eye donor? No family will allow the eyes of the corpse to be donated to me if I’m instigated like this,” Gifer complained while messing up his coarse hair that was already neat.
“I’m actually curious, Gif. Who exactly is the instigator?” Haris asked which made Gifer frown even more confused.

In another place, more precisely Kiano’s mansion, the man now found his younger brother who was laughing loudly from his room. Making him immediately peek from his sister’s room. He had come home from work this afternoon, but instead he heard his sister’s happy voice as if she was talking to someone.
“Hahahahahaha, go on, just don’t let anyone donate their eyes to Gifer, incite every family and hospital. Then I’ll give you more money.” Said Nara who had been calling someone. Hearing that, Kiano’s eyes widened in shock, how could his sister have gone this far to destroy Gifer’s life. Kiano could no longer tolerate what his sister was doing.
‘I have to find a way to stop what Nara is going to do this time.’ Kiano said to himself.

This afternoon, Belvina was home alone from work. Anggi had a sudden business with Tari to go to the mall, shopping for nice clothes. Anggi had invited Belvina earlier, but the girl didn’t want to because she wanted to get to the apartment and ask her father to find an eye donor in America for Gifer. That was what was on her mind at the moment. Now Belvina was at the bus stop to wait for the afternoon bus to come while playing with her cell phone, replying to the chat from her lover. But suddenly there was the sound of a luxury car bell that apparently stopped in front of her, not realizing it, the car owner pressed the bell even more.Material © of NôvelDrama.Org.
‘Tin!’
‘Tin! Tin! Tin!’
The sound was clearly deafening to Belvina who finally turned her head towards the source of the sound.
“Aish, who the hell?” She grumbled before the car owner finally opened his car window.
“Ah, Mr. Ian,” Belvina said casually, as her brain thought for a moment and remembered that Ian was the son of her boss.
“Huh? Mr. Ian?!” She said again.
“Let me take you home.” Ian offered as he coded Belvina to immediately get in his car.
Belvina was still thinking. ‘How do I refuse Mr. Ian? If I refuse, I’m afraid I’ll be rude, if I accept, it will cause slander and new things for me. I’ll just try to refuse first.’ Belvina said to herself. She finally tried to refuse Ian’s offer.
“Emm, maybe next time, Mr. Ian,” Belvina refused.
“Come on, instead of being alone here. Where is Anggi?”
“Ah, Anggi is traveling, yes,”
“You weren’t invited?”
“What? I was invited, but I didn’t want to, hehe,” Belvina retorted so as not to be suspected of something strange by Mr. Ian.
“Well, especially since there are no friends, I’d better take you home instead of being kidnapped later, want to?” Ian asked which made Belvina shudder in horror.
‘This time it doesn’t matter, I’m with Mr. Ian?” Belvina thought.
“Alright, but promise to only take me home, nothing more,” said Belvina while opening Ian’s car door and sitting on the bench next to Ian.
“If more is also not a problem, right?” Ian asked, which was immediately rewarded with a sharp glance by Belvina.
“Problem, I already have a boyfriend, Mr. Ian. So don’t mess with me,” replied Belvina. Ian, who knew that, then changed his face to look like he didn’t like it when Belvina said ‘already have a boyfriend’. Not wanting the atmosphere to be awkward, Ian finally just smiled in response to Belvina’s words.
“Hahahaha, I’m just kidding, Vina,”
“Oh yeah, by the way, where does your boyfriend work?” He asked.
“He works at the Doll company. Although he’s not perfect, but I love him very much,” Belvina quipped while smiling at the screen of her cell phone which had a wallpaper of her boyfriend’s photo with her at the beach. With the word ‘imperfect’, Ian immediately frowned curiously.
“Imperfect like what do you mean?” Ian asked, making Belvina take her eyes off her phone screen.
“He is blind, after a car accident on the Jakarta toll road,” Ian’s eyes widened, his brain remembering the incident where he helped save a man who was the victim of an accident on the Jakarta toll road before the car exploded. At that time he also took him to the hospital.
Ian swallowed harshly and thought, ‘Is it true that the man is Belvina’s boyfriend? Ah, no way!’ Belvina recalled the incident where she met Gifer on the bridge and wanted to kill herself. Instantly her tears fell and she wiped them away. It couldn’t be separated from Ian’s view who was driving.
“Back then I didn’t know him yet, we met at the river bridge when he was about to commit suicide. I loved him so much not out of pity, but because he was actually a good person, it’s just that he couldn’t control himself when facing his big problems,” Belvina explained.
“Ah, why are you venting like this, hehe,”
“It’s okay, just relax, Vina. Uh, it’s already here,”
“Has it arrived yet? Thank you, Mr. Ian.”
“You’re welcome.” After Belvina got out of her car, Ian was still thinking.
“If it’s true that that guy is Vina’s boyfriend, he’s very lucky to get a girl as beautiful as Vina. I have to confirm this first.” Ian monologued, after which he drove his car to return home.
